“Eight 4 Eat”
This perfect after-dinner drink lends itself to aid in digestion
Ingredients: Calendula, Damiana, Eleuthero Root, Ginkgo, Gota Kola, Ho Shou, Lemongrass, Licorice, and Peppermint.
Brew: Steep 1 tsp for 3-5 minutes in water between 200-212 degrees.
Recommendations: Sweeten as desired with raw sugar or raw honey. If you prefer a more robust brew steep with more leaves and not an extended time to avoid a bitter flavor, you can steep a second cup with the same leaves right away or allow to thoroughly dry and save for another day
